Synopsis

The III International Convention on SCIENCE and CONSCIENCE convened by the University of Oriente, allowed us to delve into the theoretical pitfalls of such urgent topics as Law and justice in a global society: new paradigms in the protection of rights; entrepreneurship, innovation and law; The risk society in the face of ius puniendi, paradigms for security in the construction of a State of Law and social justice; and Law, internet and disruptive technologies.
